上海市某区基层医务人员对区域伦理委员会及伦理审查认知现状调查

Investigation on the Cognition of Regional Ethics Committee and Ethical Review by Primary Medical Staff in a District of Shanghai

为了解上海市某区基层医务人员对区域伦理委员会及伦理审查认知现状,并分析其影响因素,采用自行设计的问卷,对上海市某区1010名基层医院的医务人员进行问卷调查。结果显示:上海市某区基层医务人员对区域伦理委员的认知情况:非常了解占比0.79%,比较了解占比7.03%,不太了解占比59.70%,不了解占比32.48%;对伦理审查的认知情况:伦理审查知识总知晓率54.46%,知晓率最高的是“临床研究前进行伦理审查必要性”(86.34%),知晓率最低的是“何种情况需签署知情同意书”(7.92%)。工作期间仅43.07%的医务人员参加过伦理培训情况。Logistic回归分析显示,学位、职称、伦理课程学习、参加培训情况、医院等级是医务人员伦理审查相关知识知晓率的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。基于以上结果认为:该区基层医务人员对区域伦理委员会及伦理审查的认知有待进一步提高,如何借助区域伦理委员会平台,更好地为基层医务人员提供伦理审查和知识培训,从而提升基层医务人员的伦理认知,促进基层医院伦理审查规范化,值得今后进一步研究。

In order to understand the current situation of the basic medical staff in a certain district of Shanghai on the regional ethics committee and ethics review,and analyze its influencing factors.This paper used self-designed questionnaire to investigate the 1010 medical staffs of primary hospitals in a district of Shanghai.The results showed that:the cognition of the basic medical staff in a district of Shanghai to the regional Ethics Committee:knew very well(0.79%),understood relatively(7.03%),didn’t know much(59.70%),didn’t understand(32.48%);the cognition of the ethical review:the total awareness rate of the ethical review knowledge was 54.46%,the highest awareness rate was“the necessity of ethical review before clinical research”(86.34%),and the lowest awareness rate was“under what circumstances is informed consent required”(7.92%).Only 43.07%of the medical staffs had participated in ethics training.Logistic regression analysis revealed that degree,professional title,ethics course learning,training and hospital level were the main influencing factors of awareness rate of ethics review related knowledge among medical staff(P<0.05).Based on the above results,it is considered that the awareness of the regional ethics committee and ethical review needs to be further improved.How to use the platform of regional ethics committee to better provide ethical review and knowledge training for grassroots medical staff,so as to enhance the ethical awareness of grassroots medical staff and promote the standardization of ethical review in grassroots hospitals,which is worthy of further study in the future.
