摘要
督导考核是一个组织有效管理和长远发展的必要条件,是将管理的各项职能落到实处的有效保障。督导考核部门在“三控”管理论指导下,从发现问题、指导督办、落实跟进、协助提高的角度,以目标管理理论为核心,以PDCA为工具,对全院各科室及职能部门从目标责任、专项任务、服务满意度指标完成情况等维度进行督导考核,促进医院职能部门对临床、医技等科室及基层班组的管理,进而推动全院管理体系的日臻完善和高效运行。通过对督导考核方法的实践、思考与完善,进一步创建适合医院管理与发展的、可量化与执行的督导考核机制。
Supervision and assessment is an necessary condition for the effective management and long-term development of an organization,and it is also the effective guarantee for the implementation of various functions of management.Based on management by objectives and guidance of the theory of“three control”,supervision and assessment departments,using PDCA as a tool,to conduct supervision and assessment on all departments and functional departments of the hospital from the dimensions of target responsibility,special task and service satisfaction index completion,from the perspective of finding problems,guiding and supervising,implementing and following up,and assisting in improvement.Promote the management of clinical and medical technology departments and grass-roots teams by the functional departments of the hospital,so as to promote the daily perfection and efficient operation of the management system of the hospital.Through the practice,thinking and improvement of the methods of supervision and assessment,a quantifiable and implementable supervision and assessment mechanism suitable for hospital management and development can be further established.
