摘要
为建立压水堆燃料元件表面腐蚀产物沉积定量预测方法,对燃料元件性能分析提供评价标准。本文以压水堆燃料元件为研究对象,针对传质和沸腾过程对腐蚀产物沉积的影响建立了模型。在对典型1000 MW压水堆一回路进行节点划分的同时,全面考虑了腐蚀产物在不同形态之间的转化。通过Matlab对模型所建立的方程组进行求解,得到腐蚀产物沉积总量、沉积分布和沉积组成。研究结果表明:预测结果与Callaway核电站中实际的观测值和美国电力研究协会(EPRI)开发模型的计算结果处在相同的数量级并且趋势一致。因此,本文建立的模型可以用于压水堆燃料元件表面腐蚀产物沉积的定量预测。
To establish a quantitative prediction method for chalk river unidentified deposit(CRUD)on a pressurized water reactor(PWR)fuel cladding surface,a new evaluation standard for the performance analysis of fuel cladding is needed.Accordingly,in this study,a model was established,aiming at the effects of mass transfer and boiling process on the corrosion product deposition on the PWR fuel cladding surface.The nodes of the primary coolant circuit of a typical 1000 MW PWR are divided.Meanwhile,the transformation of corrosion products between different forms is fully considered.The established equations are solved by MATLAB,and the amount,distribution,and composition of CRUD are calculated.The results show that the simulation results have the same magnitude and trend as the actual observations from the Callaway Plant and the calculation results of the model developed by the Electric Power Research Institute.Therefore,the model established in this paper can be used to quantitatively predict corrosion product deposition on the fuel cladding surface of PWR.
