在党中央的坚强领导下,我国抗击新冠肺炎疫情已取得重大战略性成果,正在通过疫情常态化防控和全民疫苗接种,夺取抗疫的全面胜利。这场抗疫斗争充分展现了中国制度、中国精神、中国力量和中国担当。本文从此次抗疫实践,梳理总结依法防治、明确责任、尊重科学、公开透明、全面统筹是我们战胜疫情的重要经验,也是完善自然资源治理体系和提升治理能力现代化的方向和原则,对我们理清自然资源治理思路、抓住治理关键环节、发挥国家制度优势具有重要的现实意义。

Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee,great progress has been made in struggling against coronavirus.From this anti-coronavirus practice,this paper summarizes the important experience of preventing and controlling the epidemic according to law,clarifying responsibilities,respecting science,openness and transparency,and making overall planning,which is also the direction and principle of improving the natural resources governance system and enhancing the modernization of governance ability.It is of great practical significance for us to clarify the ideas of natural resources governance,grasp the key links of governance,and show the advantages of the national system.
