金融科技复合型人才评价指标体系构建研究——兼论协同培养机制

Study on the Design of Evaluation Index for Interdisciplinary Talents in Fintech:Also on the Collaborative Training Mechanism

随着人工智能、区块链、云计算和大数据等新兴技术持续赋能金融业,金融科技已在全球范围内掀起热潮,随之而来的金融科技人才队伍建设问题也愈发严峻。文章对5所高校279名金融科技专业本科生进行问卷调查,对国内传统金融企业、金融科技企业和金融科技人才培养单位相关专业教师进行访谈,以了解我国高校金融科技专业人才培养情况。研究发现,目前我国高校金融科技专业人才培养体系存在人才供给与需求失衡、教学定位不明确、专业课程拼凑感强、实践课体系建设缺乏层次、师资团队经验不足等问题;同时,缺乏支持金融科技学科本身发展的基础知识和配套技术体系。文章建立了金融科技复合型人才评价指标体系基本框架,提出了重构金融科技专业课程大纲、优化金融科技实践课体系、加强师资队伍建设等建议。

As emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing and big data continue to empower the financial industry,Fintech has set off an upsurge all over the world,and the consequent problem of Fintech personnel training is becoming increasingly serious.The authors conducted a questionnaire survey among 279 undergraduates majoring in Fintech from five universities,and interviewed senior experts of traditional financial enterprises and Fintech enterprises in China,as well as relevant professional teachers of Fintech personnel training units,in order to understand the situation of Fintech personnel training in Colleges and Universities in China.The authors find that there are some problems in the talent training system of Fintech major in Colleges and universities,such as the imbalance of talent supply and demand,unclear teaching orientation,strong sense of patchwork of professional courses,lack of hierarchy in the construction of practice course system,and lack of experience in the teaching team.At the same time,there is a lack of basic knowledge and supporting technology system to support the development of Fintech.The authors establish the basic framework of the evaluation index system of Fintech talents,and put forward some suggestions,such as reconstructing the curriculum outline of financial science and technology specialty,optimizing the practice course system of Fintech,and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff of Fintech specialty.
