技术的现代性——图根哈特别墅的建筑设备研究

Modernity of Technology: Building Services of Villa Tugendhat

现代主义建筑发展初期,包括设备在内的技术措施在建筑中承担着重要角色。图根哈特别墅中的建筑设备表现更为典型,成为建筑师实现空间理念的重要手段。作者结合相关资料并经多次的现场研究,发现技术设备在这个居住建筑中的集中表现存在着必然性,建筑师对于各种新设备的探索利用,在提高舒适性的同时,也使得“流动空间”的设计理念以技术的方式在这座别墅中贯彻到极致。文章据此重新审视设备在现代建筑空间塑造中的角色,提出关于技术的新思考。同时,作为世界文化遗产,图根哈特别墅在保护中对相关问题的解决方案也为建筑遗产中技术设备的保护修复提供了一个优秀范例。

In the early days of modernism,technical measures including building services played an important role in architecture.The performance of the building services in the Tugendhat Villa is more typical and has become an important means for architects to realise the concept of space.Combining relevant information and after many on-site studies,the study finds that the concentrated performance of these pieces of technical equipment in this residential building is inevitable.The architect’s exploration and utilisation of various new building services not only improve comfort,but also make the design concept of‘flow space’implemented in this villa to the extreme.Based on this,this study re-examines the role of building services in the shaping of modern architectural space and proposes new thinking about technology.At the same time,as a world cultural heritage,solutions to related problems in its protection also provide an excellent example for the repair of technical equipment.
