冠心病患者循环lnc RNA Novlnc6表达及其与预后的相关性研究

Expression of circulating LNC RNA Novlnc6 in patients with coronary heart disease and its correlation with prognosis

目的探讨冠心病患者循环lnc RNA Novlnc6表达及其与预后的相关性研究。方法本院96例冠心病患者为病例组,分为稳定性冠心病组47例,急性冠脉综合征组49例,同期选择本院门诊正常体检者86例为对照组,测定各组血清lnc RNA Novlnc6水平及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、肌酐(Crea)、尿酸(uric acid)、热休克蛋白(hs-CRP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)。采用Logistic回归分析探讨lnc RNA Novlnc6表达与患者预后的关系。结果与对照组比较,冠心病组Crea、TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB、Uric acid、hs-CRP水平明显升高,lnc RNA Novlnc6、HDL-C、LVEF水平明显降低(P<0.05)。与稳定性冠心病组比较,急性冠脉综合征组Crea、TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB、Uric acid、hs-CRP水平明显升高,lnc RNA Novlnc6、HDL-C、LVEF水平明显降低(P<0.05)。lnc RNA Novlnc6与HDL-C、LVEF正相关,与Crea、TC、TG、LDL-C、FIB、Uric acid、hs-CRP负相关(P<0.05)。lnc RNA Novlnc6高表达组主要心脏不良事件、死亡、非致死性心肌梗死、血管重建、再狭窄、新发狭窄发生率低于lnc RNA Novlnc6低表达组(P<0.05)。高水平Crea及低水平lnc RNA Novlnc6、HDL-C均为冠心病患者发生不良预后事件的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者循环lnc RNA Novlnc6水平降低,Novlnc6低表达能促进冠心病进展;冠心病患者循环lnc RNA Novlnc6高表达者预后良好,低水平的lnc RNA Novlnc6为冠心病患者发生不良预后事件的危险因素。

Objective To investigate the expression of circulating LNC RNA Novlnc6 in patients with coronary heart disease and its correlation with prognosis.Methods Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were divided into stable coronary heart disease group(47 cases)and acute coronary syndrome group(49 cases).At the same time,86 normal outpatients in our hospital were selected as control group.Serum levels of LNC RNA Novlnc6,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),and low density Degree lipoprotein(LDL-C),creatinine(Crea),uric acid,heat shock protein(hs-CRP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were measured.Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between the expression of LNC RNA Novlnc6 and the prognosis of patients.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of Crea,TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,Uric acid and hs-CRP in CHD group were significantly increased,while the levels of lnc RNA Novlnc6,HDL-C and LVEF were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with stable coronary heart disease group,the levels of Crea,TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,Uric acid and hs-CRP in ACS group were significantly increased,while the levels of lnc RNA Novlnc6,HDL-C and LVEF were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The lnc RNA Novlnc6 was positively correlated with HDL-C and LVEF,but negatively correlated with Crea,TC,TG,LDL-C,FIB,Uric acid and hs-CRP(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiac events,death,non-fatal myocardial infarction,vascular remodeling,restenosis and new stenosis in the high expression group of lnc RNA Novlnc6 was lower than that in the low expression group of lnc RNA Novlnc6(P<0.05).High level of Crea and low level of lnc RNA Novlnc6 and HDL-C were risk factors for adverse prognosis events in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease,the level of circulating lnc RNA Novlnc6 is decreased,and the low expression of Novlnc6 can promote the progression of coronary heart disease.The high expression of circulating lnc RNA Novlnc6 in patients with coronary heart disease has a good prognosis,and the low level of lnc RNA Novlnc6 is a risk factor for adverse prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
