摘要
解析电喷雾电离质谱成像(DESI-MSI)是一种常用的质谱成像方法,可在常压下将待测样品引入质谱仪进行检测,并用成像软件构建出被检物质的空间离子分布图像。近年来,DESI-MSI因其常压操作、碎片离子少以及高通量等优势而被广泛应用于医药、工业、食品、生物学等领域。本文综述了近年来DESI-MSI在植物学研究中的应用,包括药用植物药用成分鉴定、粮食作物及经济作物中成分的分布情况。最后,概述了DESI-MSI技术在植物学研究中存在的主要问题和解决办法,并对发展前景进行了展望。
Desorption electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry imaging(DESI-MSI)is a commonly used method of mass spectrometry imaging,which can be applied to directly detect samples under atmospheric pressure and construct the spatial ion distribution images of the substances with imaging software.In recent years,DESI-MSI has been wildly used in medicine,industry,food and biological fields due to the advantages of atmospheric pressure operation,less fragment ions and high throughput analysis.In this paper,the applications of DESI-MSI in botanical research in recent years are reviewed,including the identification of medicinal ingredients of medicinal plants,the distribution of components in food crops and economic crops.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of DESIMSI technique in botanical research are briefly summarized,and the development prospects are also discussed.
