摘要 随着技术的不断更新和发展,技术与教学的融合创新成为教学实践及改革的关注点。为了深度探索技术与教学融合的范围及成效,美国学校网络联合会发布《2020基础教育创新驱动力报告》,提出了影响教学创新和促进教学改革的五大挑战、趋势和技术驱动,报告重点关注与"数据"技术相关的"教与学"趋势和挑战:保护数据隐私成为学校构建数字生态系统的重要挑战,数据驱动实践成为学校制定决策和创新教学的趋势;技术变革与学生需求双向驱动"教与学",而"社会情感学习"成为技术融入教学的有力补充,也是构建学生品格和适应未来发展的重要趋势。2020年新冠肺炎疫情在全球肆虐,在线学习成为应对疫情的重要手段,也进一步倒逼基础教育的信息化改革,坚持创新驱动发展,以"学生学习为中心",促进数据支持下的精准教学。 With the continuous updating and development of technology,the integration of technology into teaching innovation has become the focus of teaching practice and reform.In order to deeply explore the scope and effectiveness of the integration of technology and teaching,the Consortium for School Networking of America released the 2020 Driving K-12 Innovation,which proposed five hurdles,accelerators and tech enablers that affect teaching innovation.Th CoSN Report focuses on the"teaching and learning"accelerators and the hurdles related to data technology.Protecting data privacy has become an important challenge for schools to build a digital ecosystem.Data driven practice has become the trend of school decision-making and innovative teaching.Technological change and students’demand drive"teaching and learning".Technology provides a new opportunity for teachers to achieve a balance between learning promotion and students’self-study.Social emotional learning has become a powerful supplement for technology integration into teaching,and it is also a way to build students’character and adapt to future development.The rampant new coronavirus epidemic in the world since 2020 further forces the informatization reform of K-12.Online learning has become an important means to deal with the COVID-19.It is suggested that international innovation and practice should be fully used to adhere to innovation driven development and student learning as the center to promote the precision teaching supported by data.
