摘要
从教职人员的视角对开放教育数据的应用需求进行调研,有利于更好地为开放大学提供教与学的支持服务。文章通过问卷调查收集了开放大学教职人员在教育数据认知态度和实际需求方面的数据,使用SPSS软件进行数据处理与分析。结果表明,开放教育教职人员对教育数据具有较高的应用需求,且不同人员在教、学、评、测、管方面的需求存在一定的差异。在此基础上,文章提出了关注教职人员的个性化需求、构建数字平台满足全一体化需求、创设数据分析团队三个方面的建议,并构建了相应的开放教育数据分析模型。
Investigating the requirements of open education data from the perspective of teaching staff will help to provide better teaching and learning support services for open universities.This article collects the data of open university teaching staff’s attitudes and practical needs in the application of education data through questionnaires,and uses SPSS software to process and analyze the data.The results show that the teaching staff in open education have a high demand for the application of education data,and there are some differences in the needs of different staff in teaching,learning,evaluation,testing and management.On this basis,this article puts forward three suggestions:paying attention to the personalized needs of teaching staff;building an all-in-one digital platform to meet different needs;and creating a big data analysis team to interpret needs.Besides,a corresponding open education data analysis model has been constructed.
