应用型高校要坚持把深化创新创业教育改革作为推进教育教学综合改革的突破口,着力推进理念创新,树立"全方位、全覆盖、全链条、全受益"的"四全"创新创业教育理念,协同重构课程、平台、实践、保障"四位一体"的创新创业教育体系,以创新创业教育改革引领人才培养改革创新,实现人才培养质量稳步提升。

The application-oriented universities should keep deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education to break through the comprehensive reform of education and teaching.We have made great efforts to promote concept innovation,establishing the"four all-s"concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education:"all-surrounded,all-covered,all-linked,and all-benefited"concept.We have reconstructed,in coordination,the"four-in-one"system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,that is,curriculum,platform,practice and guarantee,rolled into one.The reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education has led the reform and innovation of talent training to the steady improvement of the quality of talent training.
