摘要 半柔性复合路面材料因其优越的抗车辙和水稳定性,成为近年来一种新兴的高性能路面材料,但对其路面结构方面的研究却鲜有涉及。基于层状弹性体系理论构建水泥稳定碎石半柔性路面结构模型,利用正交实验方法研究了表面层、下面层、基层、底基层的模量和厚度的不同参数组合对水泥稳定碎石层层底拉应力和沥青混凝土层永久变形量的影响,提出了影响各路面结构层力学响应的关键指标。结合现行规范,以力学性能最优为原则,综合考虑经济性,提出了优选的路面结构组合体系。 Semi-flexible composite pavements have become a new type of high-performance pavements in recent years because of its superior rutting resistance and water stability,but there is rare research on its pavement structure.This paper builds a cement stabilized macadam semi-flexible pavement structure model based on the theory of layered elastic systems,adopts the orthogonal experiment method to reveal the effects of different parameter combinations of the modulus and thickness of the surface layer,the underlying layer,the base layer and the subbase layer on the tensile stress of the bottom cement stabilized macadam layer and the permanent deformation of the asphalt concrete layer,identifies the key indicators that affect the mechanical response of each pavement structure layer,and proposes the preferred pavement structure combination system under the principle of optimal mechanical performance in consideration of the prevailing specifications and the economical purposes.
