摘要
使用改进的混合励磁磁通切换电机(HESFMs)等效磁路模型结合二维有限元模型对定子极数为12,转子极数分别为10和14的HESFM的电磁性能进行了比较研究。通过对HESFMs的等效磁路模型进行研究发现,转子极数不同而造成电机电磁性能产生差异的本质原因是定转子之间气隙磁导分布的不同。在电机其他参数一定的情况下,定转子之间互气隙磁导越大,则电机的电磁性能越好,自气隙磁导越大,则电机的电磁性能越差。
Electromagnetic performances of Hybrid Excited Switching Flux Permanent Magnet Machines(HESFMs)with 12 stator poles and 10 and 14 rotor poles were compared using the improved HESFMs equivalent magnetic circuit mode.In the research of equivalent magnetic circuit model of HESFMs,the fundamental reason for the different electromagnetic performance caused by the difference in number of rotor poles was the difference in air-gap conductance distribution between the stator and rotor.In the case of other machine parameters unchanged,the greater of mutual air-gap permeance between stator and rotor,the better the electromagnetic performance of HESFM,and the greater the self air-gap permeance,the worse the electromagnetic performance of HESFM.
