非晶材料在高空飞行器用高速电机中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 高空飞行器用无刷电机由于具有高速的要求,而传统的硅钢材料电机在高速下铁耗较大,电机效率低发热大,为了提升电机的性能,采用了非晶合金材料代替硅钢材料的措施。为了研究措施的可行性和有效性,本文对非晶合金材料和硅钢材料的特性进行了对比,分析电机定子铁心采用两种材料对其性能的影响,并通过实验测试结果对比,证明了非晶合金材料对高速高频电机的性能提升具有明显的效果。 The brushless motor used in high-altitude aircraft has the requirement of high speed,while the traditional silicon steel motor has a great iron consumption,low efficiency and serious temperature rising at high speed.In order to improve the performance of the motor,amorphous alloy material was used to replace the silicon steel material.To study the feasibility and validity of measures,in this paper,the characteristics of the amorphous alloy material and silicon steel material were compared and the impact on performance of two kinds of material adopted on stator core were studied;Compared with experimental results proved that the high speed and high frequency motor used amorphous alloy material has the obvious performance improvement.
