摘要
梅山饮食文化产业是湘中地区特有的文化产业。在波特钻石模型基础上,分析梅山饮食文化产业竞争力六要素的发展现状,提出推动梅山饮食文化产业发展的路径建议,包括实施生产要素整合、适应互联网市场需求、与梅山旅游产业融合、打造产业集群与品牌。全方位发挥产业竞争力,有利于维护和弘扬梅山传统饮食工艺蕴含的文化精髓,带动湘中地区饮食文化产业发展,为区域经济和产业发展注入新的经济活力,带来新的价值创造。
Meishan food culture industry is a unique cultural industry in the central of Hunan.Based on the Michael Porter Diamond Model,this paper analyzes the development status of the six elements of the competitiveness of Meishan food culture industry.It puts forward suggestions on promoting the development of Meishan food culture industry,including implementing the integration of production factors,adapting to the Internet market demand,integrating with Meishan tourism industry,and building industrial clusters and brands to give full play to industrial competitiveness.Exerting industrial competitiveness in all directions is conducive to maintaaining and promoting the cultural essence contained in Meishan's traditional food craftsmanship,driving the development of the food culture industry in central Hunan,injecting new economic vitality into the regional economy and industrial development,and bringing new value creation.
