新时代公共体育服务问责机制的建构逻辑及创新路径

A Study on the Construction Logic and Innovation Paths of Pubic Sports Services Accountability Mechanism in the New Era

囿于当下我国公共体育服务问责过程中存在问责主体单一、问责依据单薄、服务结果可测性差、问责难以界定、问责标准模糊等现实困境,通过查阅文献和实地调研认为,建构行之有效的公共体育服务问责机制具有非常重要和特殊的意义。并从我国公共体育服务问责机制的主体、客体、标准与程序四个方面提出了构建我国公共体育服务问责机制的创新路径。

The following practical dilemmas exist in the accountability process of public sports services in China,including the single mode of accountability subjects,weak accountability basis,poor measurability of service results,difficulty in defining accountability,and vague accountability standards.Through literature review and field research,it is found that the establishment of an effective accountability mechanism for public sports services has special significance.This article proposes innovative paths to construct the accountability mechanism of public sports services from four aspects of the subject,object,standards and procedures of the accountability mechanism of public sports services in China.
