地方本科院校社会工作专业“四三三”实践教学模式的构建与应用——以湖南人文科技学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 实践教学是社会工作专业人才培养体系的重要组成部分。地方本科院校社会工作专业在专业认可度、教学理念、师资队伍结构、实践教学资源等方面存在较突出的问题。湖南人文科技学院社会工作专业十分重视实践教学,构建了契合地方实际的以“四个阶段”“三个体系”“三个课堂”为内涵的“四三三”实践教学模式。该模式在实施过程中要注意依托地方,坚持走出去、引进来的策略,加强制度建设、完善实践教学评价体系,确保实践教学质量。 Practical teaching is an important part of the training system of social work professionals.There are some prominent problems in the social work major of local universities,such as the degree of professional recognition,the teaching idea,the structure of teaching staff,and the practical teaching resources.The major of social work in Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology attaches great importance to practical teaching,and constructs the practical teaching mode of“four stages”,“three systems”and“three classrooms”.In the process of implementing this model,we should rely on the local,stick to the strategy of going out and introducing in,strengthen the system construction,perfect the evaluation system of practice teaching,and ensure the quality of practice teaching.
