摘要
采用毛细管顶空气相色谱法测定乙醇消毒剂中的乙醇含量。该方法以体积比配制试液,采用极性岛津WondCapwax毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器进行检测,内标法定量。结果表明,乙醇的体积浓度在0.2~1.0m L/L范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,方法定量限为1μL/L,加标平均回收率99.8%,该方法简单、快捷、准确。
Capillary headspace gas chromatography was used to determine the ethanol content in the ethanol disinfectant.In this method,the test solution is prepared in volume ratio,then separated by a polar Shimadzu WondCapwax capillary column,detected by FID detector,and quantified by internal standard method.The experimental results show that the volume concentration of ethanol has a good linear relationship with its chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.2~1.0 mL/L,the correlation coefficient is 0.9998,the method limit is 0.01 mL/L,and the average recovery rate is 99.8%.The method is simple,fast and accurate.
