维生素在皮肤抗光老化方面的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 皮肤越来越多地暴露于环境光线辐射下,遭受光氧化损伤的风险增加,对其有长期不利的影响,例如光老化。光照会使皮肤产生活性氧(ROS),ROS会消耗和破坏皮肤的抗氧化防御系统,引起永久性的遗传变化,还会激活成纤维细胞中的细胞质信号转导通路,对细胞的生长、分化、衰老造成不良影响,进而使皮肤失去光滑、弹性,出现皱纹、色斑,甚至发生癌变。研究表明,在皮肤局部使用抗氧化剂组合物(VA、VC和VE)可预防和修复光老化产生的危害,改善皮肤衰老状况。 The skin is increasingly exposed to ambient light radiation,which increases its risk of photooxidative damage and has longterm adverse effects such as photoaging.Light will cause the skin to produce reactive oxygen species(ROS),which will consume and destroy the skin’s antioxidant defense system.ROS not only causes permanent genetic changes,but also activates the cytoplasmic signal transduction pathway in fibroblasts,which has an adverse effect on cell growth,differentiation,and aging,which in turn makes the skin lose its smoothness,elasticity,wrinkles,and spots.Even worse,the skin can become cancerous.Studies have shown that combination of compositions(VA,VC and VE)are used locally on the skin to prevent and repair the damage caused by photoaging.
