More than 5,000 of China’s political,business and social elite converged in Beijing in early March for the country’s most important annual meeting-the“Two Sessions”,which refers to the back-to-back meetings of two China’s major political bodies-the National People’s Congress(NPC)and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC).
