鼻泪管支架植入术和鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔联合泪道引流管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效对比

Nasolacrimal duct stent implantation and endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal drainage tube implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis

目的比较鼻泪管支架植入术和鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔联合泪道引流管植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015—2019年佛山市中医院收治的慢性泪囊炎患者60例(60只眼)为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组。观察组在鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊造孔联合泪道引流管植入术治疗(30例),对照组行鼻泪管支架植入术治疗(30例)。分析对比两组术后的临床疗效。结果观察组综合有效率(83.33%)稍高于对照组(80.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造孔联合泪道引流管植入术及鼻泪管支架植入术治疗慢性泪囊炎均能取得良好的疗效,两种术式的疗效差异不显著。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of nasolacrimal duct stent implantation and endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal drainage tube implantation in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods 60 patients(60 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis in Foshan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2015 to 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal duct drainage tube implantation under nasal endoscope(30 cases),and the control group was treated with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation(30 cases).The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The comprehensive effective rate of the observation group(83.33%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy combined with lacrimal duct drainage tube implantation and nasolacrimal duct stent implantation can achieve good results in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis,and there is no significant difference between the two methods.
