摘要
我国公共部门临聘人员已经成为一个庞大的群体,对其实施科学管理的前提是合理确定临聘人员的岗位规模。在对深圳市罗湖区街道一级临聘人员员额规模及其影响因素调查研究的基础上,通过回归分析,构建临聘人员岗位规模管理与控制模型,用以解释临聘人员岗位规模及其变动规律。在总体条件不发生重大变化的前提下,该模型还可为其他地区临聘人员岗位规模变动提供较为精确的数理基础。
Temporary personnel in the public sector in our country have become a huge group.The prerequisite for scientific management of them is to reasonably determine the job scale of temporary personnel.On the basis of the investigation and research on the post scale and its influencing factors of the first-level temporary staff in Luohu District,Shenzhen,through regression analysis,construct the temporary staff post scale management and control model to explain the temporary staff post scale and its changes rule.Under the premise of no major changes in the overall conditions,the model can also provide a more accurate mathematical basis for changes in the job scale of temporary employees in other regions.
