文化发展战略是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容。融合工具性和人文性于一身的英语是传播中国文化的理想载体。在高校英语课程中融入中国文化是与时代的发展相接轨,具有实用实践方面的价值以及国家战略层面的意义。将中国文化融入大学英语课程还需继续完善教学大纲,增加英语教材中中国文化的比重,提升英语教师的文化素养和文化传承能力以及利用教学评价的反拨作用,这样才可以满足新时代中国文化传承与发展的新要求。

Cultural development strategy is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.English,with its instrumental and humanistic features,is an ideal carrier for the dissemination of Chinese culture.Integrating Chinese culture into college English courses is in line with the development of the times and has practical value as well as national strategic significance.In order to integrate Chinese culture into college English courses,we should continue to improve the syllabus,increase the proportion of Chinese culture in English textbooks,enhance the cultural literacy and cultural inheritance ability of English teachers,and make use of the backwash function of teaching evaluations,so as to meet the new requirements of Chinese cultural inheritance and development in the new era.
