“金融风险管理”教学改革与创新研究——基于“两性一度”标准

Research on the Teaching Reform and Innovation in the Course of Financial Risk Management: AStudy Based on the Standard of“High-level, Innovative and Challenging”

针对高等院校金融学专业的必修课程“金融风险管理”课程,从教学目标和教学内容入手,对传统的教学方法和教学效果评价等教学模式进行了一系列的改革探索,提出了基于“两性一度”标准的“三阶段”教学体系,探索在知识、能力和价值观塑造(思政目标)“三位一体”教学目标下的真正意义上的在线教育。实践证明,这种教学模式提高了学生的学习积极性,取得了较好的学习效果,值得推广。

Financial Risk Management is a compulsory course for finance majors in colleges and universities.Starting from the teaching objectives and teaching content,this paper explores how to reform the traditional teaching methods and teaching evaluation methods.It puts forward the“three stages”teaching system based on the standard of“high-level,innovative and challenging”,and explores the real meaning of online education under the trinity teaching goals including knowledge imparting,ability training and values shaping.The practice has proved that this teaching model has improved students’learning enthusiasm and achieved good learning effect,which is worth popularizing.
