随着社会的发展,我国的教育也进入高质量发展阶段,高层次人才需求也越来越迫切。深圳市法律职业辅助人才培养基地是立足于深圳市经济和社会发展需求,为了解决在高等职业院校中法律人才培养目标不明、课程设计陈旧、培养途径落后、专业人才输出困难的短板,利用政校合作的研究模式设计人才培养方案、开发核心课程、针对岗位撰写教材、推进学生实习和就业,推动了深圳司法体制变革,谱写了法律职业教育文化自信的新篇章。

With the development of society,China's education has entered a stage of high-quality development,and the demand for high-level talents is becoming more and more urgent.Based on the economic and social development needs of Shenzhen,the legal professional assistant talents training base in Shenzhen tries to solves the problems of unclear training objectives,outdated courses,backward training methods,and difficulties in talent output.The government and schools have jointly designed talent training programs,developed core courses,complied post-oriented textbooks,and promoted students’practice and employment,which has promoted the reform of judicial system in Shenzhen and created a new situation of legal vocational education with cultural confidence.
