摘要
“行动策略”的生成是主体将教育理论内化为教学理念,根据教学情境筹划行动方案并付诸实施的关键环节,主要存在应变式生成、渐进式生成与溯源式生成三种方式。“行动策略”生成机制的运作模型关涉主体的感知洞察力与教学机智、现场学习力与实践知识、转化重建力与行动智慧。教育主体需尝试“行动研究”,增强“实践性情境理解”,构建整合的“行动网络”,联结“异质性行动资源”,最终形成个人的“行动哲学”,成为“自己的方法论学家”。
The generation of“action strategy”is the key link for the subject to internalize the educational theory into the teaching idea,plan the action plan according to the teaching situation and put it into practice.There are mainly three ways of generation:contingency generation,gradual generation and traceability generation.The operation model of the generation mechanism of“action strategy”involves the subject’s perceptual insight and teaching tact,on-site learning ability and practical knowledge,as well as transformation and reconstruction ability and action wisdom.Educational subjects need to try to take root in“action research”,enhance“practical situation understanding”,construct integrated“action network”,link“heterogeneous action resources”,and finally form individual“action philosophy”,becoming“their own methodology”.
