摘要
铣削过程是受工艺参数、工艺系统影响的复杂加工过程。为了提高铣削过程的加工精度,降低铣削过程中突变因素对工件加工精度及刀具寿命的影响,提出了一种利用数控系统自有功能的基于主轴恒功率的自适应工艺参数调整方法。该方法在铣削过程中通过调整进给速度来控制主轴负载在一定范围内波动,以达到优化加工精度和加工效率的目的。同时还开发了嵌入式自适应控制程序,实现了自适应工艺参数调整算法。该方法是基于数控系统自带的功能开发的自适应控制切削技术方法,无需添加额外传感器。
The milling process is a complex one affected by process parameters and process system.In order to improve the machining accuracy of milling process and reduce the influence of mutant factors on workpiece machining accuracy and tool life, a constant power adaptive control system is developed by using the inner sensor based on CNC system.The spindle load is controlled to fluctuate in a certain range by adjusting the feed rate in the milling process to achieve the optimization of machining accuracy and efficiency.In order to achieve the above functions, an algorithm for adaptive process parameter adjustment is designed, and a phase adaptive machining program is coded.Finally,the correctness of the technology is verified by experiment results.
