摘要
基于仿生学原理在传统盘形插齿刀的齿顶上设置分屑槽,以达到提高盘形插齿刀切削效率的目的。利用MATLAB的图像处理功能完成啄木鸟嘴壳图片的截面曲线点的提取和曲线的拟合,利用拟合后的曲线完成在传统盘形插齿刀的齿顶上分屑槽的设置,得到改进后插齿刀三维模型。通过DEFORM 3D软件的仿真加工功能对传统盘形插齿刀和改进后的盘形插齿刀的三维模型进行仿真加工分析,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对两种盘形插齿刀的三维模型进行结构静强度的有限元分析,对比其分析结果并验证改进后的盘形插齿刀的优越性,进而验证仿生改进的可行性。
This paper uses the principle of bionics to set up chip grooves in the tooth tops of the traditional disc gear shaper to achieve the purpose of improving the cutting efficiency of the disc gear shaper cutter.The image processing function of MATLAB is used to extract the section curve points and fit the curve of the woodpecker beak shell picture.The chip separation groove in the tooth top of the traditional disc gear shaper cutter is set up by using the fitted curve, and the three-dimensional model of the improved gear shaper cutter is obtained.Through the simulation processing function of DEFORM 3 D software, the three-dimensional models of traditional and improved disc shaper cutters are simulated and analyzed, and the structural static strengths of the three-dimensional models of the two kinds of disc shaper cutters are analyzed by ANSYS Workbench software.Through the comparison analysis results, the superiority of the improved disc shaper cutter and the feasibility of bionic improvement are verified.
