摘要
针对万能轧机组合镶套水平辊辊套窜动导致的轧辊失效问题,从受力分析、装配过盈量、组合装配结构等方面对失效原因进行分析,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench进行仿真模拟验证。制定科学合理的修复工艺方案,设计制作螺纹套,采用机械装置将螺纹套旋紧来防止轧辊在使用中螺纹套发生松动,成功地对失效轧辊进行了修复。结果表明,该修复工艺方案效果良好,未再发生辊套窜动问题,证明了该修复工艺方案的科学性、合理性和可靠性。通过此类失效组合镶套水平辊的修复,设计制作了专用工装,成功开发了一种新型结构的组合镶套水平轧辊,其经验值得同行借鉴参考。
In view of the roll failure caused by the sleeve shifting of the horizontal bushing roll on the universal rolling mill, the failure reasons are analyzed from the aspects of force analysis, assembly interference and assemblage structure, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulation verification.Then, the scientific and reasonable repair process scheme is worked out, and the threaded sleeve is designed and manufactured, which is tightened by mechanical device to prevent the threaded sleeve from loosening in use.The failed rolls are successfully repaired.It is found that the effect of the repair process is good, and the problem of roll sleeve shifting does not occur again, so the repair process scheme is scientific, reasonable and reliable.Through the repair of the failed compound horizontal bushing roller, the special tooling is designed and manufactured to successfully develop a new type of compound horizontal bushing roller, which is worthy of reference for peers.
