摘要
介绍了沙钢7.63 m焦炉提高焦炭M_(40)达标率的应用实践,通过分析建立单种煤对焦炭M_(40)贡献率、利用镜质组反射率和基氏流动度进行优化配煤等方法,结合干熄焦等焦炉生产工艺,使焦炭的M_(40)达标率稳定提高。生产的优质冶金焦炭长期稳定供应5800 m^(3)高炉使用,保证了高炉的顺行。
This paper introduces the application of improving the coke M_(40) acceptability rate in Shasteel 7.63 m coke oven.Through establishing the contribution rate of individual kind of coal to coke M_(40),optimizing coal blending by using vitrinite reflectance and Gieseler fluidity,plus cokemaking process like CDQ,thus the M_(40) compliance rate can be steadily improved.The high-quality metallurgical coke can be used for 5,800 m^(3) blast furnace,which ensures the smooth operation of the blast furnace.
