Practice in belt replacement by whole unit for tubular belt conveyor

介绍了宁钢焦化厂管状带式输送机胶带整机更换新技术,实现了胶带国产化以及生产、运输、更换方法的有效升级,大大提高了胶带更换效率,为管状带式输送机胶带快速整机更换提供了实践方法。

In this paper,introduction is made to the technology of replacing the rubber belt for the whole tubular belt conveyor in Coking Plant of Ningbo Steel.This technology realizes not only the belt localization in China,but also upgrading in the belt production,transportation and replacement method so as to remarkably improve the belt changing efficiency,which can be used as practical guidance for fast belt changing by whole unit of the belt conveyor.
