摘要
对各种大跨度钢结构的特点进行了比较,给出适用不同工艺、设备及场所的焦化储料场结构形式。结合工程实例,提出了大跨度料场基础水平力过大时的解决方案。对设计中的温度应力、支座设计、结构设计、参数选用、山墙封闭等常见问题及解决方法进行了归纳总结,根据经验给出了大跨度网壳结构的优化设计方法。
Comparison is made to the features of different long span steel structures.Different structures of storage yard for coke plant are given according to different processes,equipment and locations.Based on project cases,solution is put forward in case of too large horizontal force on the foundation of long span yard.Summary is concluded for the common problems and solutions in design,such as temperature stress,support design,structure design,parameters selection,and gable wall enclosure,etc..Optimized design for the large span latticed shell structure is provided based on accumulated experiences.
