摘要
介绍了采用Aspen Plus优化蒸氨操作参数,并将第二类吸收式热泵用于回收蒸氨塔顶氨汽潜热的节能热泵蒸氨技术。相对于常规焦化蒸氨,此技术在保证塔底废水中氨氮不大于100 mg/L的前提下,大大降低了蒸氨过程的低压蒸汽用量,处理每吨剩余氨水消耗低压蒸汽量不大于100 kg/h。
Ammonia stripping parameters optimized by Aspen Plus are introduced.The second absorption type hot pump is adopted for ammonia stripping technology by using energy-saving hot pump,which will recover the latent heat of ammonia vapor from the top of the ammonia stripper.Compared with the conventional ammonia stripping,this optimized technology can not only ensure the NH 3-N content no higher than 100 mg/L in the stilled water at bottom of the stripper,but also dramatically decrease the L.P.steam consumption during ammonia stripping,i.e.no higher than 100 kg/h for treating per ton of coal water.
