“飞地模式”下区域经济协调发展的示范作用研究——以深圳市跨区域创新合作为例

Study on the Demonstration Role of Regional Economic Coordinated Development under “Enclave Mode”——Taking Cross Regional Innovation Cooperation in Shenzhen as an Example

经过40余年的改革开放,中国的经济发展取得突飞猛进的佳绩,但区域经济发展不平衡现象也日益突出,严重制约了我国经济社会行稳致远地发展,中央及地方政府亟需探索出解决这一问题的可行路径。文章研究了我国整体区域经济发展不平衡现状,并以广东省为范例,分析其破解区域经济发展不协调问题的举措及成立深汕特别合作区的价值所在,最后深入探讨了深汕特别合作区在促进区域协调发展中的示范作用,以期为我国解决区域发展失衡难题提供借鉴示范意义。

Since the reform and opening-up lasted for more than 40 years, the development of China’s economy has achieved great progress. However, the imbalance of regional economic development is becoming increasingly prominent, which has severely constrained China’s social stability and economic development in the long run. Central and local governments urgently need to explore possible ways to solve this problem. This paper studies the unbalanced situation of regional economic development in China as a whole, and takes Guangdong Province as an example to analyze its measures to solve the problem of regional economic development disharmony and the value of establishing Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone. Finally, the demonstration effect of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone in promoting regional coordinated development is discussed in depth, in order to provide reference and demonstration significance for solving the problem of regional development imbalance in China.
