区块链技术对钢铁集团供应链融资的影响研究——以通宝平台为例 被引量:2

摘要 传统的钢铁集团供应链金融存在信息不对称、舞弊以及监管难等诸多问题,极大地影响了钢铁行业中小企业的融资。本文以宝武集团通宝平台为例,研究通宝区块链平台的创新优势。本文发现:钢铁集团在引入区块链底层技术后,极大缓解了集团核心企业与中小企业的信息不对称性;保障了交易信息的真实性,减少了舞弊行为;降低了监管成本促使供应链交易信息面对监管部门更加透明,解决了外部监管难的困境。本研究以期为钢铁集团区块链供应链金融发展提供新思路,缓解钢铁行业中小供应商融资难问题。 There are many problems in the traditional supply chain finance of iron and steel group, such as information asymmetry, fraud and regulatory difficulty, which tremendously affects the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Iron and Steel Industry. Therefore, this paper studies the innovative advantages of Tongbao blockchain platform by taking Tongbao Platform of Baowu Group as an example. We find that,after iron and steel group has introduced the underlying technology of blockchain, it greatly alleviates the information asymmetry between core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, guarantees the facticity of transaction information and mitigated fraud, reduces the cost of supervision, promotes the transparency of supply chain transaction information for regulatory authorities, and solves the difficulties of external supervision. The purpose of this paper is to provide new ideas for blockchain and supplychain development finance of Iron and Steel Group, and alleviate the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized suppliers in the iron and steel industry as well.
