乡村振兴,人才先行。乡村作为培养锻炼干部的广阔舞台,不仅要推动各类资源向基层下沉,也要吸引各类人才在乡村振兴中建功立业。乡村为大学生提供了新机遇,但也准备了新挑战,要求大学生有本领有胆识有担当。本文通过分析乡村振兴事业中高校大学生的机遇、挑战与担当,引导高校大学生积极投身乡村基层,在乡村振兴大舞台培养锻炼自己,服务乡村振兴战略。

Rural vitalization requires talents first. As a broad stage for training cadres, the countryside must not only promote the sinking of all kinds of resources to the grassroots level, but also attract all kinds of talents to contribute to the vitalization of the countryside. The countryside provides new opportunities for college students, but it also prepares for new challenges, requiring college students to have the ability, courage and responsibility. This article analyzes the opportunities, challenges and responsibilities of college students in the cause of rural vitalization, and aims to guide college students to actively participate in the rural grassroots level, cultivate themselves on the stage of rural vitalization, and serve the strategy of rural vitalization.
