Design and Application of Disassembly Tool for Slide Plate Locating Sleeve at Window of Rolling Mill

针对轧机窗口滑板定位套难拆卸的问题,设计了一种专用拆卸工具。采用该拆卸工具后,缩短了75%的拆卸作业时间,实现了轧机窗口滑板定位套的快速无损拆除。该工具在同类作业中具有一定的推广价值。

In view of the problem that it was difficult to disassemble the locating sleeve for the sliding plate at window of the rolling mill,the special disassembly tool was designed.As the special tool was put into use,the working time for dismantling was shortened by 75%and the locating sleeve could be quickly disassembled without any damage.So this tool has a certain value of popularization and application in similar operations.
