电炉变压器直流电阻异常分析及对策

Analysis on Anomaly in Direction Current Resistance of Electric Furnace Transformer and Countermeasures

针对攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司炼钢厂电炉变压器大修后调压绕组线圈直流电阻存在的异常现象,分析后确定是有载分接开关缺陷导致。通过对有载分接开关进行吊芯处理,线圈直流电阻恢复正常,保证了变压器的大修质量。

With regard to the abnormal phenomena occurred in direction current resistance of the voltage regulating winding coil after the complete overhaul for the electric furnace transformer was done in Steelmaking Plant of Panzhihua Steel and Vanadium Co.,Ltd.of Pangang Group,it was concluded after analysis that the cause leading to the abnormal phenomenon was due to the on-load tap switch defect.After handling the on-load tap switch by lifting the core,the direction current resistance of the coil was back to normal,which guaranteed the overhaul quality of the transformer.
