职业教育促进地方旅游业发展对策研究——以宿迁市湖滨新区为例

Research on the Countermeasures of Vocational Education to Promote the Development of Local Tourism:Taking Hubin New District of Suqian City as an Example

近年来,宿迁市湖滨新区旅游产业发展迅速,旅游类人才需求旺盛。当地职业院校教育资源配置不合理、生源质量差、旅游企业参与职业教育的程度不高,教学质量令人担忧,难以向地方旅游企业输送合格的旅游类人才。要改变这一现状,职业院校应积极整合教育资源,重视旅游类人才培养;狠抓教学质量,提升毕业生专业素养;优化校企合作模式,促进校企深度融合;多措并举,鼓励毕业生服务地方旅游产业。

In recent years,the tourism industry in Hubin new area of Suqian has developed rapidly,and there is a strong demand for tourism talents.However,the local vocational colleges still have some deficiencies in serving the local tourism industry:the allocation of educational resources is not reasonable,the quality of students is poor,the degree of participation of tourism enterprises in the construction of vocational colleges is not high,the quality of teaching is worrying,it is difficult to send qualified tourism talents to the local.To change this situation,we should integrate educational resources,pay more attention to the cultivation of tourism talents and the teaching quality,improve the quality of graduates,optimize the mode of school enterprise cooperation,promote deep integration between schools and enterprises,improve the connotation of school running,and take multiple measures to encourage local employment of graduates and serve the local tourism industry.
