基于跨企业培训中心的现代学徒制课程体系构建

摘要 基于跨企业培训中心的现代学徒制课程体系构建以建构主义教育理论、高职人才培养目标、国家职业资格标准为依据。课程体系细分为职业素养类、专业基础类、岗位能力类及跟岗训教类四大课程模块。最终促成专业基础知识与专业技能、岗位职业能力、职业发展能力的融会贯通。 The construction of a modern apprenticeship curriculum system based on a cross-enterprise training center is based on constructivist education theory,higher vocational talent training goals,and national professional qualification standards.The curriculum system modules are subdivided into professional quality curriculum modules,professional basic curriculum modules,job ability curriculum modules,and post training curriculum modules.Finally,it facilitates the integration of basic professional knowledge and professional skills,job vocational capabilities,and professional development capabilities.
