摘要
党的十九大报告提出“实施健康中国战略”,使培养适应社会发展需求的营养人才成为重要课题。分析高职应用营养学课程改革的迫切性,从重构课程内容、增加实践教学、更新教学方法及改变考核方式等方面进行课程改革,提高应用营养学课程的教学质量,激发学生的学习积极性,提升学生的学习效率、实践动手能力和创新应用能力。
The implementation of the strategy of healthy China is an important part of the basic national development strategy put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Cultivating nutrition talents suitable for the development and needs of today's society has become an important topic.This article analyzes the urgency of the curriculum reform,carry out curriculum reform from the reconstruction of curriculum content,the increase of practical teaching,the renewal of teaching methods and the change of assessment methods.With a view to improving the teaching quality of applied nutrition,students'learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency,students'practical ability and innovation ability.
