科创板上市公司与高校产学研合作的问题及模式研究

Research on the Problems and Patterns of Industry-University-Research Cooperation Between Listed Companies in Science and Technology Innovation Board and Universities

科创板的科创属性决定了科创板上市公司与高校产学研合作的独特优势。由于科创板为新设上市板块,目前国内学者对科创板上市公司与高校产学研合作模式研究较少。本文对产学研合作发展及问题进行阐述,发现部分高校由于未发挥自身科研优势、对资本运作重视不够导致科研成果转化不足,校企双方难以深入合作。在此基础上,详细分析了科创板上市公司与高校产学研合作的优势,并结合实际案例,总结出高校控股上市公司、高校参股上市公司、“学科带头人+公司创始人”和校企合作联合研究等四类合作模式。最后,提出要加强政府引导、健全校企产学研合作机制、强化中介机构服务职能等建议。

The science and technology attributes of the Science and Technology Innovation Board determine the unique advantages of industry-academia-research cooperation between Science and Technology Board listed companies and universities.As the Science and Technology Board is a newly listed board,domestic scholars currently have little research on the pattern of the industry-university-research cooperation between the listed companies on the Science and Technology Board and universities;this paper it analyzes in detail the advantages of cooperation between listed companies on the science and technology innovation board and universities,and summarizes four types of cooperation modes,such as universities holding listed companies,universities participating in listed companies,"discipline leader plus company founder"mode and joint research of university-enterprise cooperation.Finally,we propose to strengthen government guidance,improve the school-enterprise industry-university-research cooperation mechanism,strengthen the service function of intermediaries and other suggestions.
