摘要
贝类产品中海洋毒素的检测对保障人类健康具有重要意义,其中岩沙海葵毒素(PLTX)是一种毒性很强的天然海洋毒素,是目前已知的最具毒性的非蛋白质物质之一。岩沙海葵毒素在可食用海洋生物中积累并进入食物链,对人类健康造成威胁,亟需开发快速、特异、灵敏的检测和定量方法。本文对岩沙海葵毒素的检测方法及目前进展进行综述,详细叙述了岩沙海葵毒素的小鼠生物检测法、细胞毒性实验、溶血法、酶联免疫法、液相色谱法、核酸适配体法的应用情况,并对各种研究方法的优点和缺点与局限进行了比较分析。此外,还对新型核酸适配体法的开发进行了展望。
Detection of marine toxins in shellfish products is of great significance to protect human health.Among them,palytoxin(PLTX)is a very strong natural marine toxin,which is one of the most toxic nonprotein substances.The accumulation of palytoxin in edible marine organisms and entering the food chain poses a threat to human health.It is urgent to develop rapid,specific and sensitive detection and quantitative methods.In this paper,the detection methods and current progress of palytoxin are reviewed.The application of mouse bioassay,cytotoxicity assay,hemolysis assay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)and aptamer method are described in detail.The advantages,disadvantages and limitations of various research methods are analyzed and compared.In addition,the development of novel aptamer method is also prospected.
