Subway,as a new type of urban transportation, changes people's daily life trajectory and carries the historical culture especially the spiritual connotation of the city.Subway space is not only an“underground street”containing a variety of symbolic texts, but also a meaningful space for urban users to write and read and an important scene for the expression and dissemination of urban culture.Starting with the textual interpretation of subway space symbols, this paper explores the role of panmedia, such as materials and structures,in the expression of space culture and the present transmission mechanism based on sensory interaction. At the same time,it clarifies how space culture superimposes and expands into the imagination ofgeographical cities and even creates unique experience and memory of urbanspace. And then it provides local experience for the dynamic process of citywalk from the perspective of media culture.
