摘要
目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆miR-122、miR-29b、miR-30d水平变化及诊断价值。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月本院收治102例急性冠脉综合征患者的临床资料为观察组同期选取40例健康体检人员作为对照组,比较两组血浆miR-122、miR-29b、miR-30d表达量,以及分析其ROC曲线的AUC值,并将观察组分为A组(非ST段抬高型肌梗死)和B组(不稳定型心绞痛),各51例,对比不同疾病类型的miR-122、miR-29b、miR-30d表达量,分析miR-122、miR-29b、miR-30d与急性冠脉综合征严重程度的相关性。结果观察组的miR-122、miR-30d高于对照组,而miR-29b低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,miR-122、miR-30d、miR-29b、三项联合的AUC分别为0.959、0.966、0.936、0.999(P<0.05)。A组血浆miR-122、miR-30d高于B组,而miR-29b低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性显示,miR-122、miR-30d与急性冠脉综合征患者的病情严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.937、-0.857,P<0.05),miR-29b与急性冠脉综合征患者病情严重程度呈正相关(r=0.854,P<0.05)。结论miR-122、miR-30d在急性冠脉综合征患者血浆中呈高表达,而miR-29b呈低表达,会随着病情严重程度而上升或下降,能为临床诊断提供重要信息。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma miR-122,miR-29 b,miR-30 d levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and their diagnostic value.Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to this Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis.During the same period,40 cases of health examination personnel were selected as the control group,and 102 patients with acute coronary syndrome were set as the observation group.The expression levels of plasma miR-122,miR-29 b,and miR-30 d were campared,and the AUC value of the ROC curve was analyzed.The observation group is divided into group A(non-ST-segment elevation type muscle infarction)and group B(Unstable angina),with 51 cases in each group,the expression levels of miR-122,miR-29 b,miR-30 d in different disease types were compared,and the relationship between miR-122,miR-29 b,miR-30 d and the severity of acute coronary syndromes was analyzed.Results The miR-122 and miR-30 d of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while miR-29 b was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of miR-122,miR-30 d,miR-29 b,and the three combination were(0.959,0.966,0.936,0.999,P<0.05);Plasma miR-122 and miR-30 d in group A were higher than those in group B,while miR-29 b was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman correlation showed that miR-122 and miR-30 d were negatively correlated with the severity of patients with acute coronary syndromes(r=-0.937,-0.857,P<0.05),and miR-29 b was positively correlated with patients with acute coronary syndromes(r=0.854,P<0.05).Conclusion miR-122 and miR-30 d are highly expressed in the plasma of patients with acute coronary syndrome,while miR-29 b is lowly expressed,which will increase or decrease with the severity of the disease,which can provide important information for clinical diagnosis.
