不同品种茶菊对NaCl胁迫的生理响应及耐盐性评价 被引量:12

Physiological response and comprehensive evaluation of different tea Chrysanthemun varieties under NaCl stress

摘要 为探明不同茶菊在盐胁迫下的生理反应规律及耐盐能力,以6个茶菊品种为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl (0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%)处理下植株生长及生理指标的变化特征,利用主成分分析和隶属函数值相结合的方法对6种茶菊的耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度增加, 6种茶菊的生长均受到抑制,株高和茎粗生长量逐渐降低;叶绿素a+b含量呈下降趋势,叶片膜透性和MDA含量呈上升趋势,可溶糖含量和SOD活性呈先升高后降低趋势;‘贡黄菊’和‘晓起皇菊’叶片脯氨酸含量持续上升,其余各品种呈先升高后降低趋势;‘黄滁龙’ POD活性先升高后降低,其余各品种呈升高趋势。采用隶属函数法得出6种茶菊的耐盐能力由强到弱依次为‘贡黄菊’>‘晓起皇菊’>‘黄金托桂’>‘贡白菊’>‘乳荷’>‘黄滁龙’。 To explore the salt tolerance ability and physiological responses of different varieties of tea Chrysanthemun, six varieties of tea Chrysanthemum were used as materials to study the change characteristics of their growth and related physiological indicators under different concentrations of NaCl(0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0%). The salt tolerance of six tea Chrysanthemum was evaluated by the method of principal component analysis and membership function. The results showed that with the increase of NaCl concentration, the growth of six tea Chrysanthemum was inhibited, and the plant height and stem diameter growth gradually decreased. The content of chlorophyll a+b decreased, the membrane permeability and MDA content of leaves increased, and the content of soluble sugar and SOD activity increased first and then decreased. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the proline content in the leaves of ’Gonghuangju’ and ’Xiaoqihuangju’ continued to increase, and the other varieties showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The POD activity of ’Huangchulong’ increased first and then decreased, and the other varieties showed an increasing trend. By using the membership function method, the results showed that the salt tolerance of six tea Chrysanthemum from strong to weak was ’Gonghuangju’>’Xiaoqihuangju’>’Huangjintuogui’>’Gongbaiju’>’Ruhe’>’Huangchulong’.
