摘要 目的探讨哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)、Beclin1和微管相关蛋白轻链(LC)3在非黑色素瘤性皮肤肿瘤中的表达,并分析其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测27例脂溢性角化、27例基底细胞癌、27例鳞状细胞癌及15例正常皮肤中mTOR、Beclin1和LC3的表达,并分析其与临床特征的关系。结论mTOR在正常皮肤组中的表达显著低于其他三组(P<0.05);Beclin1和LC3在鳞状细胞癌组中的表达均低于其他三组(P<0.05);Ki-67在鳞状细胞癌(37.48%)中表达显著高于基底细胞癌(27.00%,P<0.05)。mTOR、Beclin1和LC3在非黑色素瘤性皮肤肿瘤中的表达与肿瘤恶性程度有关。结论mTOR/Beclin1/LC3信号通路可能与非黑色素瘤性皮肤肿瘤的发病机制有关。 Objective Objective To explore the expression of mTOR,Beclin 1 and LC3 in non-melanoma skin carcinoma,and analyze the clinical significances.Methods The levels of mTOR,Beclin 1 and LC3 in the lesions of seborrheic keratosis(27 cases),basal cell carcinoma(27 cases),squamous cell carcinoma(27 cases)and normal controls(15 cases)were detected by immunohistochemical staining,then subsequently analyzed the relationship correlation with clinical features.Results The expression of mTOR in normal skin group was higher than that in other three groups(P<0.05).The expressions of Beclin 1 and LC3 in squamous cell carcinoma group were both lower than those in other three groups(P<0.05).The percentage of Ki-67 in squamous cell carcinoma(37.48%)was higher than that in basal cell carcinoma(27.00%,P<0.05).The expressions of mTOR,Beclin 1 and LC3 were related to malignant degree in non-melanoma skin tumors.Conclusions mTOR/Beclin 1/LC3 pathway might play an important role in the pathogenesis of non-melanoma skin tumors.
