空气能热水器搪瓷内胆封头变形研究及应用 被引量:1

Research and application of deformation for enamel liner head of air energy water heater

摘要 空气能热水器搪瓷内胆在加工制造过程中发生了搪瓷烧结变形,引起桶身与封头组对错边问题,影响后工序焊接。采用排除法,对搪瓷内胆封头加工流程的各个工序逐一排查。利用Gleeble 3500热模拟试验机,测出高温时不同温度下钢的强度性能,建立了钢板自重高温状态下力矩引起钢板变形的计算公式,并进行了试验验证。明确搪瓷烧结工序是空气能热水器搪瓷内胆封头变形的关键工序。封头在烧结加热过程中发生组织改变+高温相变+高温蠕变等,这些因素的叠加是引起封头变形量超过2.0 mm的主要原因。最终,提出了增加封头搪瓷烧结支架的支点数的改进措施,经工业生产验证,封头搪瓷烧结变形的波动范围可以控制在水平缝隙小于2.0 mm。 The enamel sintering deformation of enamel liner for air energy water heater occurs during the manufacturing process,which causes the problem for stagger edge of barrel and head assembly and affects the welding of the subsequent process.Therefore,the various processes of enamel liner head processing was checked one by one by the elimination method,and the strength performance of steel at different high temperatures was measured by thermal simulation testing machine Gleeble 3500 to establish the calculation formula of the deformation for steel plate caused by the moment of the dead weight for steel plate at high temperature.The test verification was carried out.The enamel sintering process was the key process for the deformation of enamel liner head for air energy water heater.Furthermore,the structure change+high-temperature phase change+high-temperature creep,etc.occured during the sintering and heating process of head,and the superposition of these factors was the main cause for the deformation amount of head to exceed 2.0 mm.Finally,the improvement measure of increasing the number of fulcrums for head enamel sintering support was proposed.According to industrial production verification,the fluctuation range of the enamel sintering deformation for head could be controlled to be less than 2.0 mm in the horizontal gap.
