基于AHP-C的矿山企业安全投入评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对矿山企业存在的安全投入不足、安全投入分配不合理等问题,基于传统的层次分析法,引入云模型理论,构建矿山企业安全投入评价的层次分析-云模型;采用云模型的群体决策方法确定各项安全投入评价指标的权重向量,计算分析各项安全投入指标对企业安全效益影响的重要程度。结果表明,矿山企业安全投入评价体系中,5个一级指标的重要程度从高到低排序为:安全设施投入、隐患治理投入、安全培训投入、安全管理投入、工业卫生投入;19个二级指标中,通风安全设施、地压隐患防范及治理费用、消防设施和安全教育费用与其他指标相比显得尤为重要,是影响矿山企业安全投入的重要因素。 Aimed at the problems of insufficient safety investment and unreasonable distribution of safety investment in mining enterprises and based on the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the cloud model theory was introducesd and the AHP cloud model to evaluate the safety investment of mining enterprises was constructed.The group decision-making method of cloud model was used to determine the weight vector of each safety investment evaluation index,and the importance of each safety investment on enterprise safety benefit was calculated and analyzed.The results show that,in the evaluation system of safety investment in mining enterprises,the order of importance of the 5 first level indicators is as follows:safety facility investment,hidden danger treatment investment,safety training investment,safety management investment and industrial health investment.Among the 19 second level indicators,ventilation safety facilities,ground pressure hidden danger prevention and treatment costs,fire-fighting facilities and safety education costs are more important than other indicators.
