高耗能产品能耗大数据分析及对标节能服务平台应用研究——以贵州省水泥产品为例

摘要 通过在线采集企业单位产品实时能耗数据,建立数学模型进行比较分析,对水泥企业进行能效评价,分析企业的能源利用状况,发现能耗问题,改进能源利用方式,在为政府监管部门提供准确可靠的技术支撑的同时,也为企业提供技术服务。 By collecting enterprises’real-time energy consumption data of unit products online,to establish a mathematical model for comparative analysis,the energy efficiency of cement enterprises had been evaluated in this paper,and the energy utilization status had been analyzed.The energy consumption problems were discovered,and the way we using energy was improved.It provided accurate and reliable technical support for government regulatory agencies,and also provided technical services for enterprises.
